Q: When is the best time to visit Hong Kong?

A: It is one of the major tourist attractions in the world, people visit Hong kong throughout the year. The best time to visit here is from October to early December.


Q: What currency is used in Hong kong?

A: Hong Kong currency is Hong Kong dollars ( HKD). You can use the currency converter to check the actual amount of Hong Kong dollars.


Q: How to get to the city center of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)?

A: The most common ways to travel is through Airport Express, Airport Bus, and Taxi.
1) Airport Express:- is the fastest way to get to Downtown.
 2) Airport Bus:-  There are two bus routes which are extremely popular among travelers. 
a) This route covers the north part of Hong Kong like ( Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point, and Fortress Hill).
b) This route covers Nathan Road, Chatham road south towards Hung Hom station, Salisbury road, and covers Jordan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, and Yau Ma Tei.
  3)Taxis cost you a bit of money if you travel alone, but are suitable for groups or families.


Q: Is public transport easily accessible?

A: Hong Kong has an excellent public transportation network, which is able to satisfy the tourist needs. Tourists and localities have the option to choose from MTR, Buses, Taxis, Trams, Public Transport.


Q: Do I need a visa to visit Hong Kong?

Q: Where to stay in Hong Kong?

A: Hong Kong is the main tourist attraction and offers more than 200 hotels. Most of the hotels are located at Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok in Kowloon, Yau Ma Tei, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai. These are the main tourist areas and have easy access to public transport. The prices vary from season to season and depend on star rates.

Q: Are the room rates per person or per room?

A: The rates displayed as per rooms, not per person. To avoid additional charges when you check-in, the number of guests must be accurate.


Q: Is local transport easy to use? 

A: Hong Kong has an excellent public transport system, depending on where you are going, you have a choice of MTR(subway), trains, buses, trams, ferries, and taxis. 


Q: Are credit cards widely accepted in shops?

A: Most shops in Hong Kong accept credit cards but at local markets, most vendors will only take cash.

A: Yes, you can buy a prepaid calling card or Mobile data prepaid SIM card from major convenience stores.

A: Yes, English is widely spoken in Hong Kong. This is the main language prefer in the government, business, and tourism sector.

A: Yes, Days hotel requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. 


Q: What are the timings for check-in and check-out?

A: Our standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.


Q: What is the hotel cancellation policy?

A: In case of cancellation, guests will be charged as per the hotel’s policy.

A: Days Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. You will find many amazing places near the hotel.


Q: Is room service available?

A: Yes, room service is available.


Q: Does the hotel provide internet access?

A: Days hotel provides complimentary internet service to our guests.


Q: What is your child policy at the Days hotel?

A:  Children older than two years are welcome. 


Q: Can I add an extra bed ?

A: We Regret there is no capacity for an extra bed at this property.


Q:  What if I left an item at a hotel?

A:  For lost items, please contact the Reception in the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.
